If you are going to make lobsta rolls these rolls are a must, as they are the authentic ones used in New England. You have to grill them on both sides in lots of butter and stuff them full of Lobsta!

Many years ago I was in Boston and discovered these incredible top loading buns when I ordered a lobster roll. Wow...what a revelation! The sides of the buns are plain bread that you butter and toast then load the lobster, hot dog or anything you would put in a regular bun, but this bun has been toasted...buttery, hot and so delicious. I cannot find these in California so I went on line and ordered these. I am so happy to have found them. Highly recommend trying them.
