This is fantastic! I got it for my 5 year old and then his 11 year old cousin and 9 year old sister wanted one. The balls do stay in place and it does exactly what it is supposed to do!!

Bought it for my 3 year old daughter who has sensory issues. The toy is terrific since it works her fine motor skills and is a toy she can play and pay attention to for long periods of time. Some activities I've done with her with this toy is counting (as she presses down the balls), drawing letters and asking her what they are, and dot-matrix type drawings of shapes. Defiantly a great toy!
