Im a 21 year old dad who has a wedding coming up and im about 5'11 and 180 pounds, and I struggle with pretty big man boobs despite my body being in okay shape other than a little belly, but the thought of wearing a suit and how id look in front of people had me so anxious id get sick. So I tried this out and let me tell ya, I've never been more confident in how I look. Once the weddings over ill come back and edit this and add my pictures of before and after, but im simply wowed. I highly recommend this product to anyone debating as to whether or not it works. Order a size smaller though is my recconendation! Fits very well and doesn't collect odors, wore it out on a date and on a walk at the park (id never do without it, stops boobs bouncing lol), and still just smells like its fresh out the package! After reading a few reviews and researching all available items on Amazon, decided on this shirt but still had doubts.
I have worn the shirt to the gym and work for the past 2 weeks now. I am very happy with the shirt and it so far appears to do all that it claims. The seams or singlet can not been seen under your shirt and the compression is good (gets rid of love handles and most tummy bulge over shorts). You work up more of a sweat in the gym working out. It does wick away most of the sweat, so you end up with your outer shirt drenched, except over the singlet. My only issue is that ones the shirt is soaked with sweat, you need to perform every Yoga, Pilates and Judo move you can think off to try and get out of it. Pretty sure I have pulled every muscle in my body and popped a few discs in my back trying to get out of it. A few times I thought about just wearing it permanently.
I am really enjoying wearing the shirt and its giving me more confidence in the gym and at work.
