Completely misleading picture. Picture clearly shows flange, duckbill valve, tubing, and backflow protector. I only received the flange and it wasn't even in a proper package, it was in a taped plastic bag. Have always been pleased with Spectra's customer service, however this is very disappointing. Will be returning immediately.

I ordered the set with flanges, tubing, duckbill valve and backflow protector. Once the item was delivered the first picture changed to only a flange! Misleading, but happy I can return and get my money back. Do not buy!!

I bought this product because I wanted to see if a 20 mm flange would be a better fit. When I received it, I just got the flange (no duckbill valve, tubing, or back flow protector). I almost returned it when I re-read the description and saw that it states "includes 1 flange". I don't understand why they would choose images that describe a completely different product from what they are selling. Also the flange arrived in a partially sealed plastic bag which didn't provide much assurance to me that it was unused. It looked clean so I washed it really well and sterilized it so that I could see if it was a better fit. Now that I know I'm 20 mm flange size, I will buy the set from another vendor.
Product works but is expensive.

I'm so glad to found these smaller flanges for my spectra. Only complaint is how expensive these are. It frustrates me that breastfeeding companies nickle and dime moms over everything. There really should be better policies in place to help moms find the right size flanges to help us have a successful breastfeeding journey.
