very very small . i read the dimensions which i'm usually good about but i was shocked at how small it was once i got it . it's a beautiful piece but quite expensive for the size . should've been $25 . either way it's a good display just very small !

To be clear: this is very small. I'm terrible with picturing the size of things, even with dimensions provided, and I was picturing it bigger than it was. I actually wanted it to be smaller to fit the space that I wanted to put it in nicely, but I really liked it & decided to give it a shot... I figured if it was too big, I could probably put it somewhere else. But, no. It's perfect. Super perfect. *AND* it holds more of my specimens than I was expecting it to, even when I thought that it was going to be bigger.
The mirror on the bottom is awesome for showing off the rocks that I selected for that shelf simply because of that feature because it gives a peek at the bottom of them, which couldn't be seen on my regular shelf.
I am quite sure that this display case will not be perfect for many people looking at it, but it exceeded my expectations and I am so thrilled that I bought it.
