I purchased the black 7.5 wide. Feels a little loose even when I added my orthopedic insoles. There is no arch support, so you will have to add that like I did. These have a ".9 inch" heel. I can't wear more than an inch so this is great. However, I think for $60 and the name Dr. Scholl's there should be some arch support, so one star off. Outer length is 10.25 inches to the point of the shoe. Wish these came in navy blue and I would purchase again.

Love the comfort of this boot and the look. I can wear it all day at work and do not have the knee pain at the end of the day that I was getting from my old boots. Wish the material was rain repellent. Other than that awesome boot if you are looking for something comfortable and nice looking.

I took a chance and purchased these for a trip to Washington DC as my only pair of shoes and not being able to break them in. They were stylish and comfortable, but could they survive the miles of walking? They did! I was so impressed. I did decide to buy a pair of cushy more supportive inserts at a drugstore and switched out the ones that came with the shoe. That made them feel even more comfortable and supportive. I'd definitely recommend these and purchase another pair.

Comfortable low heel boots and the chocolate brown was just the color I wanted. I first ordered the size 8 and it said for wide foot. I tried on when it arrived and it was snug. I then put on a pair of socks and couldn't get them on so I returned them for a size 8.5 and they fit perfectly.

I have two pair of these booties and love the color, comfort and fit. I would not say that they are a great value for the money, as they are a bit pricey, but really like the fit and com, especially after having two knee replacements, I cannot wear a heel for any length of time, especially when teaching. These have been an excellent purchase!
