Although I always read reviews before I purchase something, I very rarely write reviews. However, these beach/water shoes are so amazing, I just had to write a review so others would know just how wonderful these are. I'm 65 and for most of my life have had trouble finding shoes that would accommodate my right foot issues; broken down arch, constant swelling, planter faucitis... you name it, I have it. These water shoes slid on perfectly over my swollen foot; even when wet. There's just enough arch support that I was able to walk around for short periods of time on concrete sidewalks and never felt pain. Sand does get into the shoes but is easily removed as the insole is removeable. I was able to walk and enough the beach without any pain or difficulty and because they're so light, they didn't hinder my fun in the water. These also dry very fast. These are so well made that I don't anticipate having to buy another pair for quite some time but when that time comes, I will definitely buy another pair of these. I highly recommend these beach/water shoes!!

Great shoes! I have actually worn them on an easy hike on packed gravel or over rocks to get intro a stream. I also wore them water white rafting too. I like them so much I want to get another pair!
Very light weight and the water just flows out of the shoes. Easy to wash and hang dry.

I ordered my usual size 9. They fit more like 9.5 but I needed them right away so I tightened up the laces and wear them! One helpful hint: they don't dry as fast as one would expect. My feet were wet and cold when I stopped at Walmart for a couple things!
