GM doesn't include much in the way of instructions. I watched two different videos on YouTube that allowed me to successfully install the illuminated bowtie. It's not noticeable during the day; it looks great at night.

I love the emblem at night. It looks super cool. What I don't like is that you can't even tell during the day and it's not all that bright at night either but visible. I paid a performance shop to install it for 1.5 hours of labor because I didn't want to mess anything up
