I bought this for a 16 year old who is 5'10" and 180 lbs. It fits great. The helmet has thick padding inside and has adjustable straps. The goggles fit securely and tuck nicely behind the face mask. The face mask is good quality and fit. The back-of-neck and ear protection are great. Very satisfied with this purchase!
