First let me start by saying that I have three daughters and I have been coaching fastpitch softball for 10 years at several levels. This is a good bat but dont expect it to be hot right away. You will need an old fashioned break in period but this bat is starting to show what it will be like. It starts with a small sweet spot but that is expanding over time with use. It reminds me of the Black and Yellow Easton and the Easton MAKO bats that just get better and better with use. I have not seen any durability issues or rattling of any kind. If you want a bat ready out of the wrapper than get the Ghost (which another of my daughters has) or the Louisville Xeno.
