I got these as an introduction to going to clip-in cleats. They were easy to install and adjust as needed. The toe basket is long in the front and should fit any foot size (I wear a woman's size 9). The toe basket is top heavy and can drag on the ground when your feet are in, but it is sturdy enought to withstand it!

For about $20 I probably shouldn't expect more. It works! However be aware that the feet opening is narrow, so it's not very easy to strap in your feed/shoe without looking at it. It also doesn't turn without friction. Compared to a $60 pair of pedals, you will find notable more frictions as you pedal, which is reduced after you ride a bit, but not completely gone. However for $20, this is probably the level of quality I should expect.
