It was very easy to put together, works exactly as I need it to and makes my desk much more tidy and efficient. Mine unfortunately was missing one of the pins/pieces to connect one of the sides to the middle one, and I really wanted to write in the review how great customer service was because I was able to email them a picture of the piece missing and my order info, and they quickly responded asking for shipping information and promised a replacement. They even sent confirmation of shipment with a "tracking number" but then cancelled the shipment and I never received the piece. Overall it doesn't effect the functionality of it but I wouldn't be terribly confident of holding more than a simple monitor on it without it"¦ so overall I really like it but wish they would have followed through on their word.
