The speaker I got came defected so I wanted to return it. Contacted the company directly and they set me straight with a refund and a very responsive customer service representative. Overall, I can't say much about the speaker since it never worked out the box, however, the customer service is fantastic.

The item arrived on schedule and it sounds good for the price. However I thought, 800 watts was what to expect on a regular basis. Not the case because away from the main advertisement it says 800 watts max and 400 rms what ever that means.
Don't look any farther, this is the one for you!

This is a terrific product with great sound . . .it's just what our church needed! It is also very portable with several handles for ease of movement. But what's even better, the customer support of Aphasonik (I spoke with Joey) is absolutely awesome! He called me to check to see that we received the system and then help me trouble shoot the receiver and mic which is not even part of the system . . . the best customer service ever! You will enjoy this system as much as we do!

This speaker really surprised me! The sound quality is amazing and this thing is LOUD! No matter how loud you go, the sound is crystal clear and zero distortion. I use it for parties (ranging between 50-150 people) and this speaker is plenty. The best thing about it is the bass response. Well designed. I definitely recommend this speaker, you won't be disappointed. I'm actually getting a second one.
