The cap on this plastic bottle allows you to spoon out the powder (for cooking or brewing) or shake it in smaller amounts for other purposes (such as flavoring). The flavor is really good (if you are a fan of cardamom) & the cost per ounce is the best I've seen available. Now you can have Turkish (or Greek, or Arab, or Israeli) Coffee with cardamom (for those who love that flavor in their coffee!) I personally look forward to using the cardamom in my coffee with Chicory powder to double (or even triple flavor if I use cinnamon) in the brewing process!! I HIGHly recommend this item with the above-mentioned caveats!
