We are a home of celiacs and if we have bread, it has to be gluten free. Tired of spending $6-20 for a miniature 6 slice frozen loaf in the store, we opted to buy a breadmaker and bake a fresh loaf (or two) for ourselves - normal size, lots of yummy slices, with inexpensive ingredients. GF breads from the store tend to turn to bricks after a day or two, or completely mold if not put back in fridge or freezer; I bought these bags to not only add some class to our beautiful bread loaves but also preserve them better than plastic bags. With these bags, the bread lasts over a week, still fresh and fluffy, residing on the counter or bread box. Cute 'homemade' stickers are included so it has been fun gifting fresh baked GF breads with other celiacs that also crave yummy, fresh bread rather than the store cardboard mini loaf versions.
