I had a left ventricular assist devioimplsnted in April. I either have to be on battery or wall power. This allows for freedom of movement as there are pockets that hold all of the components. I wear it inside out to use the pockets made for football pads.
Without these I have to have an 8 pound bag hanging around my neck. The pants need to fit snugly, otherwise the weight would pull the pants down. Lucky to have found this solution
