Well….

Nice concept but they kind of get in the way. I can't explain it. I just don't use it anymore. It is nice to help one to remember where the notes are on the keyboard, but once you start playing it gets in the way of my music book sitting on my book holder on my piano.
Great product!

This piano note chart has worked perfectly for me. I have used it for a couple of months now. When I have trouble with the fingering on a certain piece I just set the chart on a table in front of me and practice with my fingers on the chart until I get it down. I also have used it on my piano when playing a new piece. If the notes are in the higher or lower octaves instead of having to look up keys I don't remember I just look at the chart. It sure did make things easier. I don't really need the chart as much now but it certainly did help me.

I am a piano teacher, and this is quite helpful for those beginner students, but I use it less often than I thought I would, and some of my students who use it in their homes, grow to depend upon it and don't learn their notes quickly. When they come to their lesson and I don't have it up, they say it would be easier for them to play if I had it up. Which is sad, because other students at their same level, don't even need it.
Great Idea

This is very helpful for my Grandaughter. A great beginner learning tool. I would definitely recommend.
A little disappointed

I am somewhat disappointed with this rather expensive piece of cardboard. On my Kimball it leans forward if I position the board behind my keys.... But it will rest nicely on the top of the keys positioned as far back as possible... Also it serves the intended
purpose for me to remember notes and again read music at the age of 71...in retirement. Life lesson...keep on playing even if you have to work full time...makes it easier when you do retire.
