Bought it for a 9 year old, and she loved it!!!

I bought this device for my niece that was born with a ear deformation, other devices did not work for her because she has no cartilage to hold it in or will just hurt her ear.
This fit perfectly in the little space that she has in her ear.
She is a very happy girl now and she has more confidence to go and talk to anybody because now she knows she will be able to hear that person :)

For the price its fine. It is a little bigger then i though so its hard to keep in the ear at times when being active. But when watching tv and sitting at computer etc it works fine. I have to keep it on very low to avoid hearing the outer noises that I dont want to be hearing. Since Im new at this hearing aid stuff and its only one ear affected, I dont know what to expect but this hearing aid will do for now.

I just received these Hearing Aids / amplifiers today. 08/29/2017. Everything was as stated in the advertisement by Vorfreude and came with directions, 2 (AG5) batteries and cleaning brush. I have moderate hearing loss and am experimenting with a variety of hearing aids/amplifiers. These inside the canal devices work very well for me. Volume and clarity is good, fit and ease of operating is great, They can pick up Ceiling Fan noises if you are close and on higher volume some White Noise. I have several other behind the ear amplifiers that cost quite a bit more money but can not say they are any better than these. For the money these are great

At eighty-four my hearing isn't what it used to be. I never knew how many peoplemuttered instead of speaking out. I tried one of the "behind the ear" varieties of
hearing aid. It worked but I couldn't keep it behind my ear. So I decided to order
one of the "in the ear" types. I ordered the Vorfreude and seem to have gotten
the right item. It would help if my fingers worked like they did twenty years ago.
I was smart enough not to order the very smallest model. I am more interested
in utility than in fashion. It does improve my hearing so that I don't go around
saying huh! what! speak up! like I used to. I was a failure at lip reading.
If you get one, don't leave it where the cat can find it. I managed to rescue mine.

Description and/or product info needs to refer you to a place that sells different earplugs than come with it. Very noisy echo and no way to fix ear piece w/o cutting on it and taking a chance on just having to throw away. Aid actually works but volume cannot be lowered enough. Sticks way out of ear but for price can't expect much. Used yesterday in a room with several people, was total chaos.Found new ear buds. Just ordered a spare. It is good in most environments, cannot beat the price.
