Granted, these are pretty flimsy and perhaps may be a little bit overpriced...I think they may be 3 times removed from tin foil...and yes, the one pan at the bottom was a bit crushed..someone is a little heavy handed...BUT...they are adequate for one time use for standard size 12 inch frozen pizzas you get from mail order or at a supermarket...unless you like to make your pizza with an additional pound of toppings...with the Covid the frozen is what I've been relegated to...BUT AGAIN I can't find these anymore at the supermarket chains...the few times I have found them they were packaged in bundles of 3 and although a bit more substantial than these they were really overpriced. These "kind of" withstand a pizza cutter if you aren't too heavy handed but they deform and look like they've gone through a war. But again for one-time use and lack of availability at least in my area, these are adequate for certain types of limited use. Cookies and biscuits are probably fine but as with any disposable pan weight will be a factor. My pizzas are a little over 20 ounces and it handles those. All my disposable pans bend, even those thicker than these. It goes with the territory. Will I order these again, yeah, most likely.

I use my Breville countertop smart oven a lot, because unlike a conventional stove oven it doesn't heat up the whole kitchen. (southern Texas is steamy hot for the better part of the year). Cookie sheets that are the right size for my little oven aren't easy to find, and most pizza pans are essentially flat, and also too big, but these ones have about a 1" angled rim like a pie plate and are exactly the right size. Perfect to use under a pie or quiche while baking, and prevent a spill-over mess into the oven.

Perfect drip pan for Kamado owners

First off, I use these for a drip pan on my Broil King Keg 5000. They would also work on a BGE as a drip pan. I use a 14 inch cast iron pizza dish as my heat deflector, and these guys fit perfectly on top. If you have a large Brisket or some other large piece of meat on your kamado, these pans may be a bit small, but they will still catch most of the droppings and not let it run down into your fire pit. For what I use these for, they are great. I'm sure they would work well for a pie pan, but they are a bit thin.
