I got these to create ambiance for yoga, but a few days after they arrived we lost power for two days. These came in clutch with small children and animals, putting one in each room to ride out the outage. I've used them several times since, and I have yet to replace a battery. Bravo!
They feel like wax

The color is a bit too orange to look real, but the flicker setting is really impressive. They feel like wax and WILL dent, chip, and get scratched, but they are nice. I left the clear wrappers on to protect them. The remote is nice and useful. I think the price was fair. Sometimes they will turn on without the remote or they won't all be controlled simultaneously, but not necessarily that annoying to me.
