I followed the advice of another reviewer and got these wet, put them in the pouches and then stored them in the fridge overnight. Then we headed out to a little league game in 100+ heat index. We kept them in an insulated cooler and they stayed super cold and worked great. They're a nice nice and so far we haven't had any issues with the pouches.

Bought these to use for my workouts and also for my husband, who works outside and has to wear overalls even in high heat. The 4 pack was perfect for us and these work great! I used one after my workout and it stayed cool for hours. My husband says they really help when he starts to feel overheated at work. He just gets it wet, snaps it a few times to get the excess water out and wraps it around the back of his neck. Definitely recommend.

I bought these to help my family withstand the Texas summer heat. We used them once for a few hours at the zoo. They are okay, but dried out about as quick as any cloth. I had bought my son a different type of headband abd it stayed wet and cool much longer. It works fine, but I hoped for more.

Used these at Disney waiting in line. They worked great my kids really liked them. The only thing like other reviews the bags they come with are junk. Just use a ziplock bag and you will be fine. I think they are a good value and we didnt have to purchase a spray bottle at Disney for $25 that we won't use again. These we will use for hiking and other out door events.
