Beautiful product - but one arrived broken and the other one is really squeaky

This product is beautifully packaged, and feels much higher quality than previous jade rollers I've purchased (and since returned). Unfortunately I ordered two, one for myself and one for my mother, and one arrived broken - the roller just came off the end. And the other one was super squeaky. I know I could probably super glue the roller back on the end but I feel for $28, I shouldn't have to. That one doesn't squeak at all. It's really beautiful and this is for sure the one I want to keep. But I'm ordering two new ones, and returning the ones I received today. Hopefully, the next batch is in full working order.UPDATE:** My next two replacement rollers came today. Well, one the roller was broken already upon opening and the other is fine and not squeaky. So I guess I ordered 4 rollers and only 1 of them was useable. The others will be returned. I suppose I wouldn't recommend these unless you're okay with using super glue to repair a product that will likely arrive broken. They pretty tho.

I've been using this roller for about two weeks now and love it so far! Let me preface by saying that I have a bit of a skincare + makeup addiction and have tried more products than I can count. I was a bit skeptical at first but decided to give this a try anyways. The packaging and the roller itself is super cute, and I like that you essentially get three different sizes to use as needed. I've used this a few times after using a Korean face mask to really roll in the product (I hate the sticky feeling so I tend to wash it off after wearing the mask for about 20-30 minutes), and it did seem to help my skin absorb a little bit more. Since I have a pretty regimented skin care routine and good skin (thank you mom and dad) already, it's hard for me to tell the different it makes in terms of absorbing more product. What I do find helpful is in reducing puffiness. I've always been a crier and having been super hormonal lately, so I keep finding my eyes red and puffy. Sticking this quartz roller in the fridge for a few minutes and then using it to roll over my eyes with a little bit of aloe vera helps tremendously - so 5 stars in helping me walk into public without feeling self conscious about my huge puffy eyes!

I purchased this roller set, it being my second face roller I've purchase (post having my last jade roller from another company completely breaking apart after using it for one month) and I felt obligated to post a review. I initially felt the need to purchase a more spiffy (costing more money) face roller since my previous roller broke apart completely after one month of use, leading me to this beautiful rose quartz purchase. I loved my previous roller because I saw results of lymphatic drainage and my skin glowing beautifully due to rolling throughout the day. I purchased the rose quartz for the beautiful color and with hopes it stays intact. Unfortunately it fell apart the moment I placed it on my face. I was able to reach the company easily and they quickly offered me options of how to resolve the issue in order to maintain customer satisfaction. For that reason alone, I am happy with this roller regardless. It's beautiful. And the company is respectable and easily accessible. Thank you from this happy customer.

So this was advertised as a more luxurious product with better quality materials and I can definitely say that's true. Their handle feels more comfortable to hold and the metal doesn't feel super cheap like with other rollers. Shiny!
