This was a great product. Took a few times to get it right, though customer service was great with step-by-step instructions to demonstrate. Would buy again with no hesitation. Davis Electric Construction, Kansas.

When I had questions I was contacted by Wood Chen, a Senior Security Control Technical Expert Support Agent. He told me he had over 20 years of experience and it showed. Mr. Chen was very helpful. The access control system itself is very easy to install. Every step of the installation has a video to guide you through the set up. Once installed it is very easy to add cards or key fobs to the access control system. Simply scan the card or key fob and add it to the list of approved personnel that can access the door. You can then go further and set permissions for each individual employee. Such as they cannot access the door on the weekends or holidays or you can set their access time to only a certain time of day.. for example only between 8:30am to 8pm. The mag lock is very strong. Someone would have to destroy the door to get past the mag lock. I recommend this product and it's tech-support that supports it.

I have now put 2 of these access control locks in both of our commercial spaces and I can't not rave about them anymore. I initially got a quote from a locksmith for something in the range of $5k to install something that was inferior to this product. This product literally has all the functionality you could even need. Such includes:

- Timer for when the door is automatically locked and not locked
- Keyfabs- when you can restrict access during certain days and hours
- Pin card so that individuals who don't have a keyfab/card can still access the space
- Attendance reports (with clocking in and out. I don't use this, but I could see how some businesses would want this)
- Easy access control for providing people with access extremely quickly. We needed to give 100+ people access to the space and I was able to do this in literally 3-4 minutes just with swiping the lock and then uploading.

In addition, I had some user errors that I was unable to figure out myself. The support from Chen was terrific. They helped me figure out what was wrong and gave me additional tips. For the price of a standard commercial lock you get so much more. I can't rave about this product anymore.

The system is pretty straight forward. The english acceptable, not perfect. Setting up the system, software and wiring is pretty easy. If you have questions email them, they are very quick to respond. I am very happy with the purchase. It has worked out well for us. A lot of your success will require communication with the BeSeen team. They have tips and suggestions that will be necessary to follow to implement this into a working system. If you plan to use the keypad outside, I would highly recommend the waterproof keypad.

I bought this Jan 2023. I definitely do not know how to install these type of systems, but really wanted to add this Access Panel to our building. So I went for it! The directions were pretty straight forward and easy to follow. I needed some support as I needed this to do different types of access and I was struggling. Wood Chen was so quick to respond! Any time I have application issues he responded quickly as always. Had some issues the other day and was worried since it's been 6 months that I would get the same type of service. I sure was wrong! He instantly emailed me back and helped with whatever I needed. I will definitely buy more systems from them as their service are truly amazing! Thanks Wood Chen for all your help!
