I purchased two of these knee braces to wear in the pool for my very active water HITT classes that I take several times a week. They give great support to my knees in the class which has lots of jumping, kicking and swimming. They stay in place and do not come loose, so my knees are completely supported for the whole class. After the class I have found that my knees feel so much better and stronger than before I used these knee braces. They have eliminated the knee pain I would have from the class.

I swim and work out in a pool about three times per week for 40 minutes at a time. This brace supports my bad knee and reminds me to kick with straight legs. It is comfortable and lasted about a year before I had to replace it. I will keep on replacing them as they wear out in the future.
