The chips have a very strong flavor making them great with soups. Unfortunately the chips were no longer chips by the time I received them as they were now a container of broken pieces. Many would not like that but if you add them to your soups it doesn't matter. They impart an additional flavor level that, for me, was great and broken didn't matter. It is a very strong flavor so not for those looking for mild flavor.
