This planter/pot is beautiful with a very expensive look without the expensive price tag! It's sturdy without being too heavy, also.

I really like this pot, and the tall Fox & Fern stand I got to go with it... however, there is a lot of marketing to suggest that they offer some kind of discount if you buy both, and after hours of trying -- by entering the codes you see on the product page and trying to get in touch with support -- I found none of the codes worked, and nobody seemed interested in delivering on the discounts their marketing promises. I also received a card with my purchase advertising a free mini fox and fern stand and pot for sending in a photo of my plant setup, and when I followed the url provided I found it connected to no such offer. It's hard to tell if they mean well but have poorly-designed/disorganized marketing, or if these things were always intended to be empty and sort of scammy... but either way I found the experience of trying to take advantage of the offers they heavily promote to be frustrating and ultimately fruitless. That said, I really like Fox and Fern's products... they're on the expensive side, but I've tried several cheaper versions of the mid-century modern plant stands and pots and never liked any others better. The plant stands in particular are really worth the extra money: unlike other brands, they have a smart design that makes assembly really easy (you'll see what I'm talking about when you go to fit it together) and doesn't require you to use screws. This makes storage and assembly easy. Also, I'm not sure why, but most mid-century modern plant stands have legs that are kind of fat for some reason... they never look as sleek and authentically mid-century as these. The pots are VERY lightweight, which I found disappointing at first... but for bigger plants, this makes watering and relocating easy. The plug on the bottom of the pot is great with the plant stands (the tall one especially), because you can access it without having to lift the plant up at all.
