Flavor is amazing and exactly the taste I was longing for. However imo (personal opinion) it needs more sweetener per teacube to be closer to the restaurant flavor I'm used to. So I use two sweetners per teacube which means I don't have enough for every cup of tea. I can use condensed milk I already have but it's a pain opening a can for a few tbs.
Also I found that the cube doesn't fully dissolve so I had grit in the cup. So I had to use a coffee filter to get the grains out so the cup was smooth. Next time I'll use my reusable Kcup to filter the cube vs. dissolving it directly in the cup.
In all if I'm having a craving it certainly hits the spot. It's way better than brewing a pot of tea, waiting for it to cool and then adding the sweet milk etc...

This DOES taste like restaurant Thai Iced Tea. I like the backstory of the company and really want to support it but... I don't think I can again for the price. I purchase a big bag of Thai tea loose leaf from an Asian market, brew it with sugar, let it cool in the fridge, and mix with half and half to get my Thai tea fix. If all of that is too much for you THIS is a great alternative to achieve that flavor with much less work.
One complaint, I don't get tea drops. There is so much tea left in the bottom of the cup that isn't drinkable. What am I doing wrong? I just resulted to straining it with my French press.

When I received my tea, the box it comes in was opened so there were tea drops and milk packs inside of the shipping box. Not a big deal as they are individually packaged but still mildly annoying. I understand its likely a warehouse issue, but a small piece of tape to close the box they are packaged in would help. The tea itself is delicious! The tea drops break down quickly in hot water and are very tasty paired with the milk. I was told to expect some tea leaves in the bottom of the glass since it is a solid product, but I wasn't expecting so many tea leaves on the bottom. Not a big deal though, I just poured my tea through a mesh strainer to get it all out. All in all a great, yummy product I will likely order again in the future.

I originally ordered the Thai Iced Tea. Personally I didn't really like it. For my palate it seemed overly sweet and a tad bitter. I made note of that in my review and Tea Drops reached out wanting me to be happy with their product. Now just because I didn't enjoy it wouldn't mean another wouldn't love it. However, they sent me some other products to try. I absolutely love the Tea Sprinkles Glow and Boost that they sent to me. Boost is like getting a hug. It is warm with a bit of bite from the ginger. I enjoy drinking it in the evening to relax and can see when winter hits it will be a go to. Glow is also warm but fruity and lighter. I love all the flavors in the mix individually and all together they make for a fresh fun flavor. I think I will try it iced next time for I quite enjoy iced hibiscus tea. The tea is good but their kindness and customer support is some of the best I've ever experienced. That alone will keep me trying their other teas. Thanks for caring about your customers.

It's a good product, but it's really, really sweet. Almost as much sugar per serving, (17 grams), as in a can of Pepsi.
Thankfully I misread the instructions where it said to dissolve the tea into 2OZ of hot water, then add 2OZ of cold water and ice. I thought it said 20 OZ. (they really should have put a space between the 2 and the OZ)
I had one already in the water when I realized my mistake, so not wanting to waste it, I tried adding another packet. So now I have a mixture that is approx 80% less sweet, (and less strong tea-wise), than what is recommended.
It was perfect.
So that's my recommendation, use 5 times as much water as they say to use and enjoy. I can't even imagine how syrupy sweet this would be if it were made at full strength.
