I'm 6'1", 160 lbs. My waist is 30" and my hips are almost 40". It was tough to know which size would be best. I went for large, and it fits pretty well but, it is a little tight up front. If I was going to wear it for a long time it could be uncomfortable. It does look good and the thick straps provide a little lift, which is what I was going for.

Bought this on a whim to make the wifey laugh. Let me set the stage:
