Great Customer Service

The camera I received would not send me motion detection notifications and the app will only accept certain emails for these notifications, but, after speaking with Eric from customer service, I will be receiving a new camera. I hope this one will work correctly, but I have confidence that I will receive the help I need from customer service if it does not.
The picture quality is great, and the infrared and two-way audio works well. Although, there is about a 1.5 second delay on the audio and motion, which is not an issue for me. Overall, the camera is good.

Not just for baby monitoring

Got this camera so I could check on things in the attic while away (roof leak, etc). Image is very sharp and remote access along with being able to remotely pan the camera left and right and up and down make this the ideal monitor. Set up was relatively easy. The app had trouble syncing with the device but a simple reset of the device solved the issue (which is what the instructions tell you to do). Would highly recommend.

I was so excited about this purchase! The reason I wanted this is so that I can workout in a different room, and still keep an eye out on my newborn as he rest. But unfortunately I have an iPhone 6plus and use 4G WiFi. I read the instruction manual about 15 times but the camera/device would not connect to my phone. After trying to connect over and over I gave up. I plan to get a refund and look at else where. This was such a bummer

Great camera! Really easy to set up and connect. The app is user friendly. I like that it looks like a dog. The picture quality is pretty clear and the camera does everything it says. I like to be able to swivel it and look around the room. It's easy to share the camera with anyone in the house who has the app. Sometimes using the app to swivel the camera is a little slow but besides that no complaints!

I'm very pleased with this camera especially for the price. I was looking for a camera for my toddler and eventually for my newborn. The color and infrared night vision picture quality is good. The setup was relatively easy, granted I didn't hear a beep per the instructions, but proceeded and it installed just fine. The two-way talk is fine. The pan tilt is a great a feature (though my husband said it's a bit noisy), though I will say for a busy toddler you may have to mount the camera farther away as by the time I rotate the camera the toddler can easily go out of range, but it would be pretty ideal for a younger infant. The zoom is nice and the picture is good and clear HD quality (though I wish it would save my setting). The delay is very minimal and I like the live time stamp. I've only had a few instances where the network was not connecting via the app (since this is done through wifi connection via their YooSee app), but it's rare and usually fixed when I restart my phone. I feel like for the price it really can't be beat especially given I can have like 3 or 4 of these cameras for the price of one of the expensive ones that aren't even as highly reviewed for whatever reason.
