I was unsure how they would work for me but they worked out great. My bra had four clasps so I attached it to the 2 middle ones and it kept everything in place. It was also very comfortable and the straps at right against my skin and didn't rub or irritate it. They bring my straps down to about mid back if you are wearing something very low cut you may have trouble making these work but you maybe able to make it work. I wear a size 20 in pants and this fit around my waist fine with room to spare.
