I have to use a sposie pad with it but it's the only diaper my kid doesn't wet through with an extra absorbent pad insert. All other diapers he wet through even with the added pad.

I have been getting these and other sizes of diapers for my little one for a while now and must say these are fantastic for the evening/sleeping portion of the day. These diapers hold "a lot" and there are times when your kiddo ate a bit more than normal, maybe a growth spurt, or just a lot and they had not had anything but pee-diapers all day and you know something has got to give. Well, these diapers save the day in making sure that they contain "everything".
The quality is consistent with the other diapers that Pampers makes, two sticky parts on the back side that adhere to the front flap. I have yet to experience a defunct diaper in this line, so you're safe with this. Also if you're traveling and can't really pull over or stop, this diaper will be a thankful companion to your little one.

Phew.. so glad we finally tried these! After many nights of soaked Huggies overnights, we decided to give Pampers overnights a try. Our 22 month old is a very active, tummy/side sleeper. His Huggies diaper would roll down at night, causing extreme leakage. These Pampers stay put and he wakes up completely dry by morning! He sleeps from 7 pm-6 am, just so you can get an idea of the time in these. We still put a Sposie pad in just in case, but I'd say these have been a huge game changer for us so far!

Holds up well for 12 hours! Does not cause diaper rash. My babies used to wake up soaked in the early morning hours wearing regular Pampers and after switching to these and sizing up one size from their daytime diapers they have not woken up wet one time. It is worth the extra $$$ spent for a peaceful (and comfortable!) night sleep!!!
