Good but a bit dry but pleade don't add more oil maybe just some water to smooth ot out more. But I liked the taste.

Justin's Classic Cashew butter? Never heard of cashew butter at all until I began eating low carb (keto). A recipe called for cashew butter so I searched Amazon. When I thought of NATURAL pnut butter from the past i recall stirring a gross amount of oil back into pbutter cement...messy, difficult, overflowing from the jar. Swore to never do that again. So I've stuck (lol) to the highly processed stuff. I searched Amazon and found Justin's which claimed to need no stirring and I was trying to find something for a recipe so, what the heck, try it. It's FANTASTIC! It's very dense in the jar. Since I'm no longer eating bread I have not yet tried to spread it on anything but celery would be a great option, any firm veggie or fruit would be great choices of delivery system. I tried it on a spoon first, just to try for flavor and texture. Subtle flavor at first, very smooth, heavier body than pbutter (and all the hydrogenated stuff we've eaten for the last 50 years). Then suddenly the cashew flavor floods my mouth. I think of holiday times when my parents splurged on a tin of giant cashews to impress the guests at parties. I would sneak some when no one was looking. Just a few, mom would say, those cost a lot! Now the Cashews are mine! Justin's Cashew Butter is divine! And smooth! Actually enough density to almost chew! That first bite and I was hooked. Instead of pnut butter at bedtime, now it's Justin's cashew butter! Mild flavor, smooth dense texture, absolutely delicious. Now this review asked me to evaluate its sheerness and I don't know what could be "˜sheer' about any nut butter. So I'm guessing it means "˜Is this cashew butter SHEERLY DELICIOUS? The answer is YES, sheerly wonderful flavor, sheerly delightful texture and sheerly great to know the jar in the cupboard is still half full and another is on the way. BTW, if you want to eat it on bread just scoop out some onto a dish and microwave it for a few seconds to loosen it a bit then dip your bread or spread it on whatever you like. I am hooked for life on Justin's NO STIRRING NEEDED.

Taste just like cashews and easy to spread. A little pricey but probably one of the best ones I have tried.

I LOVE this cashew butter. It is very thick and not easy to spread but I eat it of the jar so spreading is not an issue. It has a good flavor and I will definitely order again.

I like to grab a PBJ a couple times a week. I find this Justin's Cashew butter is soft, delicious, and easily spread. Great snack or lunch.
