I don't know why Amazon keeps saying their renewed products will be like new because they aren't. I ordered 2 of these and they were both dinged up. At least on ebay, they are clear on the cosmetic appearance of the devices you are ordering. Just be aware that you are buying used that has been checked to see if it still works. I did keep one of the watches but the bezel was a little dinged up. I decided this was fine since I would most likely ding it myself. The other one I got was terrible with the screen looking like it had water underneath. Seriously, don't they check these? The one I kept works really well and I have only had one problem with it (battery ran out in less than a day) but it never happened again after that one day. Overall, the battery is good (lasts about 2 days), the health functions work well (except the stair counter which is a known defect of this watch), and the vibrator is strong enough feel and wake me up. I really like this watch, especially for the price. My only other problem with it is that it came with an off-brand charger which works, but is not that great (slow, if left alone it won't always go to 100%, overheats). Overall, just know what you are getting into with buying renewed. Consider ordering several, picking the best of the bunch, and sending the others back. I think that's fair since they are not exactly honest with the condition of these watches and most other renewed products on Amazon.

I picked this up as I started getting healthy. It's a great little tool not only for tracking fitness, but business too. Saves me from checking phone as often as I can glance at important alerts on the watch. The wife really likes my silent alarms for when I work off hours.
Was a little worried that I wouldn't have good battery life on a refurbished unit but I only charge once every 2-3 days depending on email traffic.

I also use it to control media when swimming and not in reach of the phone.

I bought two of these for Christmas and am very pleased. The watch itself arrived looking new without any visible signs of wear. The watch was boxed with the charger and a quick start guide.

It was easy to pair with my Motorola phone and my daughter's iPhone 6. My other daughters' have the same watch, but both have Samsung phones! So I knew the watch quality, but was concerned about the pairing with other phones. No problem at all! The watch and phone literally walk you through the steps even telling you what app you need to download to sync and use them together.

The watch isn't heavy or bulky, but still has a larger dial that is easier to read. We were able to customize the watch to our own liking (with a picture background, changing widgets, etc.) even though I am on Android but not a Samsung phone and her phone is iOS. d

We are both very pleased with our "new" to us watches!

My husband loves his watch, he's had it for almost a year now and has loved being able to catch phone calls, texts, and track his physical activity. We challenge each other with who can get the most steps in a day. He has changed the watch face several times and it's worked awesome. It's fully water proof, real person tested and approved. He's done the dishes, and showered with it on and it's never fautlered in function.

I got this for my husband for Father's Day before his hiking trip. It measured the altitude he was climbing, steps he took, and even estimated the equivalent "flights of stair" he climbed during his hike. Battery lasted the whole three days he was gone and then some. (He had notifications disabled)
Now he's been home and using it for more daily use and still loves it.
He works construction and he loves to ability to look at his watch for notifications that might be important and would need further attention or to ignore for later.
Syncs with MyFitnessPal very easily so he can track all his fitness and meals in one place.
He says it's the most comfortable, and appealing watch he's ever worn. (Including non-smart watches)
