I didn't see any difference at all wearing this and not wearing it other than it did help smooth my little gut. I'm 5'7 and have never weighed more than 115 lbs in my life until I had a baby. I vary between 135 and 140 now. I get it, it's not much. I'd never call myself fat HOWEVER it is 100% different than I've been used to my entire life. I have a little pooch now, I've never had before. Nothing is as toned as it used to be. This does no lifting and does not completely flatten anything even with my belly only being small to begin with. I will say though, it is very comfortable and the 'ribbed' inserts were a good touch because it definitely helps keep it from rolling down. I've never wore something like this before, I guess I was expecting it to act slightly more like a girdle with enhancing curves. But because of the comfort, the added insert things and the fair price, I only took off 1 star with this being my first item like this.

Perfect garment to get my snatched look in a dress. I ordered a large and I usually wear an XL but this material is pretty stretchy but also tight enough to do it's job.
