This is my favorite coconut water because it tastes like real coconut. Cold--they're refreshing and quench the thirst. I love them so much that my parents now have converted into only drinking these waters. Delicious.

When I add drinking coconut water to my daily routine of lotions and consuming lots of water, my skin immediately begins to look and feel amazing. It keeps my lips from being so dry and I notice facial lines that I chalked up to age are less noticeable. That being said, my diet isn't full of as many veggies as it should be as I'm a grab and go kind of gal so my body doesn't get the hydration it would if I were better about that. It's not a substitution for ultimate nutrition but I feel like I would be literally glowing if I combined the 2! OK, so I'm vegan and I have been searching for someway to get some electrolytes into me.
