Even with my best attempt to measure, I still wasn't sure if it would fit under my existing iKEA desk which is 27.5" from floor to bottom side of desk. My printer is huge. But as you can see in the pictures, it fits with a little room to spare. You can adjust where you want to put the bottom shelf with where you place the sleeves on the posts. I put mine up off the ground just a little bit as I knew I was only putting the one ream of paper on it and wanted a little clearance underneath. The only flaw - and it's very small - is what other reviewers mentioned: QA on the shelf. You can see it arrived with a small chip missing. I'm not sure that it happened in shipping but I can't say for sure. Either way, it doesn't affect the performance/durability of the product and once the printer is on top, I can't see it. It seems pretty durable and rolls with ease. I haven't used the locks on the wheels and not sure if I will but it's a nice feature to have. All in all, this item solved my issue of needing a place out of sight to put my printer/scanner where I can have quick access to it when needed. Oh and it was VERY easy to assemble. I did it while on a quick break from work lol.

I loved my first one that I've had for years so much that I bought another one when I got a new wide-format printer. The original one holds a hanging file folder box and the shelf below it usually holds reams of paper, but currently hides a Mother's Day present.

Good product with a couple of hiccups

I believe this is a decent product although I had the same issues that some other reviewers had. To start with, the instructions (in the form of 4 drawings) are fine and the quality of the product is good, not great, just good. Dimensions, color (white), and materials were exactly as they were advertised. The top is laminate, which on one side was not glued. Not a big issue, I could fix that. The full assembly took me 90 minutes, of which 75 minutes were dedicated to figure out what to do with the casters. Same as others, I could not fully screw most of them. I did not want to damage any of the screws so I got to a compromise: I partly screwed all of them, to the same height, and it turned out fine. However, it took me a while to get to this. The drawer is very good to keep a few things inside (pens, stapler, etc) and the bottom panel to place the printer paper. I need to lock the two front casters to open the drawer, otherwise I would be moving the stand towards me and not opening the drawer. Despite the disappointment about the assembly, I am happy about this product.
