Had the unit for 3 months now in a standard office setting. First unit arrived and something was wrong. Toner was virtually impossible to remove and once removed we could not get it back in. Toner was spilling everywhere just trying to get it installed. I felt like a sucker after scratching my head for 2 hours unpacking the darn thing and trying to figure out what I was doing wrong. Frustrated, I called amazon next day and they said they would pick it up and replace it within the week. I was VERY nervous as I never had a problem with my HPs but amazon person made me comfortable to try again. They picked it up and replaced without hassle even though the box is huge with tons of packaging. Second unit has been great...I guess the first one was a dud. No hiccups. Using it for 3 months and I would buy again! This is my first Kyocera product but I am very happy. I never write reviews but I feel like this seller needs some help with this great product as nobody has really reviewed it. I switched after buying 10's of HPs over the years and trying to get away from their HIGH priced toner. Kyocera has very reasonable toner prices. You won't be sorry once you make the switch.
