Little scratch on the surface, everything else is okay

The size is good, I like it to be big so there is no choking hazard and it could last longer for chilling the drink. However, there is one little deep scratch on one of the cubes; if I am buying this as a gift it will be a big no.
I can hear there is some kind of liquid inside the metal shell, and as long as it's food-grade safety I am okay with it.
As for functionality, it can easily cool a medium mug of water with one or possibly two refills. Just need to wait for a few minutes for the water temp to go down.
