I bought it for my granddaughter for Christmas to put a 15" doll in it and there was plenty of room. I would guess that an 18" doll would fill it completely but still still lay in there comfortably and snuggly. It's sewn very well and has plenty of filling. It's every bit as cute as the pictures on Amazon, maybe even cuter in person.

I love this travel doll bed! It holds a 17" baby doll like a custom fit. The fabric covering (doesn't come off) is beautiful. A very light green covered in pink and red roses. It does have a small pillow but it doesn't come with a sheet or blanket. My granddaughter got this for Christmas with a new baby doll in it and seldom put it or her new baby down for the 4 days we were together. There was plenty of room to stash baby necessities like bottles, pacies and diapers in the bed too. It seems to be well made, my granddaughter even put her arms through the straps and carried the doll pappoose style. The price seems a little high but was comparable to similar toys and was exactly what I was looking for. I would recommend this doll bed for ages 6 and up.
