Y'know how with vanilla flavoring, rarely you'll get some that you can get real vanilla flavor, teaspoon for teaspoon (Watkin$' and McCormick'$ are the only ones that come to mind and the McCormick'$ just barely) and some it's tablespoonS for teaspoon (69¢ bottle at Targ..).
Well, this is 1/2tsp to teaspoon kind of strong.
And if you don't know, adding a teaspoon of almond flavoring to your vanilla baking recipes is ALWAYS a game-changer (especially pound cake!!!).
The smell is divine. I may 'know' a girl that has admitted dabbing a little on her wrists and back of the nape of her neck because she likes fruit scents and not florals. Lol

Works fine- A little goes a LONG WAY!

Works fine in recipes. It made very delicious cakes and one noticed that it wasn't real extract. You use only a small amount of extract in recipes and this is a very large bottle. Unless you are doing commercial baking, it would make sense to buy a smaller bottle.
