Best. safest low-glycemic candy out there

I have been sugar-intolerant all of my life (I am hypoglycemic) and I have been on a low-sugar diet for 30 years and low-carb for about 20. Most low-glycemic "sugar-free" candies contain sugar-alcohols that irritate stomachs. Hu Chocolates are both low-glycemic and free of sugar-alcohols...plus they are, even my sugar-eating friends have told me, some of the best-tasting chocolate bars out there. Discovering Hu Chocolate was an amazing experience--for the first time in my life I've been able to eat candy without getting sick! And it's changed my life, as knowing that I can dole these out to myself as treats makes it much more possible for me to stay away from the sugary and high-carb foods that I crave but should not have. These bars are expensive, yes, but for someone whose body is intolerant to many other foods the expense can be worth it.

These are my favorite swap out for milk chocolate when I start craving a lighter bar. Normally I consume 85% dark chocolate and higher but this bar has no fillers and tastes so good because of it. I'm already looking forward to my next order!
