Did the product work? Absolutely, yes it work much better than expected. By day two they were no longer inverted, but would go down fairly quickly when removed. However, the biggest improvement came when using 8 to 12 hours a day. After a week they were staying up for hours, and when going down they were no longer inverted. Now after two weeks they stay raised for up to 8 to 10 hours and only go down a small amount. It appears to me this seems to be permanent over time. This is definitely better than the small suction cups I tried before, but more uncomfortable and harder to hid under clothing. I did read from another customer that their nipples became very sensitive and that didn't go away. I have found some truth with that statement. They are very sensitive for up to a few hours after removing them and they remain more sensitive than they ever where before. So if you have sensitive nipples already this is most likely not for you.
When first using a did have problem with blistering and loosing small layers of skin until my nipples adjusted to the suction. In addition, I also had a large amount of clear fluid that would fill the suction cup, but over the weeks it slowly lessened to the point where moisture builds up on the sides and end.
As for staying on I tired oils and lotions. I found it stayed on best when apply lotion and then immediately apply the cups.
THE TWO NEGATIVES about the product. It can be difficult to keep on if your active or roll over when you sleep and the other is that the hard plastic end with the seal that connects to the end of those starts to slip off after using it for a while. I just used a little glue to resolve that problem.
Overall, I'm pleased and would buy it again!

My wife uses these for her inverted nipples ...uses alittle coconut oil to get a good suction and wears them under her bra even at work ..they are low profile and stay put under the bra ...the tube will eventually come unglued from the suction cup but alittle super glue and your back in bussiness
