No user manual!!! If not set up within the 30 days from date of purchase, your on your own. Customer service that they do offer for 30 days sucks!!! Must call, and Set up an appointment to talk to anyone! A lot of wasted time and waiting around. They were not prompt even when it was your appointment time!!! Not very happy. Once system set up hopefully will be easier to use. Still working on inputting inventory!! Very time consuming

I love this POS, we never had one before and it is very simple to set up once it is activated. I only wish the company allowed more time for assistance 30 days from the date of purchase time is lost while waiting on shipping as well as waiting on a representative to contact you to set up system. Other than that the system works great.
