I am a petite woman (5' 4", 125 lbs.) so I ordered the small size, but it is still too large. I bought this so I wouldn't sleep on my stomach due to arthritic neck issues, but when I lie on my side, the end facing UP is practically in my face, which It makes it very uncomfortable and impossible to sleep with. I should have read the fine print better because it isn't returnable, so now I'm out $40!! It seems to me that these are made for men, not women. If this company wants to sell to women, they should either have an extra small size, or make the "small" smaller! Don't buy this product if you have any doubt that it will be too large because you'll be wasting your money. :-(
PRODUCT UPDATE: The company contacted me and offered me a refund, which I accepted. The product itself was a good solid product; I was just angry that I couldn't return it. I'd also like to thank Cpapology for addressing my concerns; that's what I call great customer service! :-)

I gave it four stars because the "noodle" in the pouch is fairly uncomfortable and will wake you if you try to turn to your back. (Which I realize is the point of the product). However, it makes for a restless night until you get used to it. I think overall it is a good value for the money, it works, and I hope it will train me eventually to stop rolling on my back.

I've read the other reviews and after using the sleep noodle for a few weeks I wanted to write my own review. First, I'll say there's a few pros and cons to the sleep noodle. At heart it's a basically a good design that definitely works. You will feel a lot more well rested and sleep on your side. Many mornings I wake up on my side next to my wife feeling a lot better! Now I will say it takes time to get used to it and I mean more than a few days too! At first, it's rather uncomfortable against the back but, once you find the right spot it's fine for the most part. Overall it definitely works but, needs some getting used too. The trade off is you sleep much better and it's well worth buying.
