When I first opened the sweater I thought it was too small and might be for a child - but it was a perfect fit and looks darling. This was for a petite older lady who needed lighter weight spring/summer sweaters. The sweater was so cute on her and since she is petite it hit right at her waist which for her was perfect. When I bought this, I wasn't sure about the quality. I didn't want anything that was paper thin. That wouldn't last this is quality. It is the right thickness without being too heavy in the fall and spring and I think I can even wear it this summer because of the material, I think it's more breathable so if you're on the fence about it I am glad that I purchased mine!

The white is not truly white (not beige either or off white either). The fit is small and the fabric doesn't really "stretch" so definitely get 2 sizes up... tried and true. It is very nice though, I am getting the larger size. I love that it's cropped so it falls right at your waist but doesn't expose your mid section. Its 3/4 sleeve let's you get away with using it in warm/cold weather. If you're looking for pure white, this is not it.
