After reading some reviews listing warped tracks, splinters and incorrectly cut holes I was not expecting to be pleasently surprised.
But I was! All parts are straight and fit reasonably well together.
Is it on the same level as original BRIO parts for 4 times the price? No, but it's a good value and they work as intended.

Train engines too tall for Thomas and Brio bridges

There are 3 engines in this set. 2 do not fit under the standard wooden Brio or Thomas bridges, or in the tunnels. One engine does fit under the bridges (the blue one). The crane car doesn't either but we didn't really expect that to fold down enough. We have a couple other engines so our grandson is ok to make a long train, and he parks the crane car to the side. But this set is not totally compatible with Thomas, as stated in the sale listing. If it's important to go under the bridges, you only have one engine in this set that will. The rest of the cars do go under the bridges. The set came with some small track pieces that are helpful in more elaborate layouts

These pieces are compatible with Ikea sets and the Right Track wooden train track expansion set sold on amazon. Packaged well with no damage upon delivery. Satisfied with the overall quality for the price- not as nice as Brio but a solid set of connectors that get the job done.
