High Quality Fish Oil Supplement

There's a good amount of research supporting the benefits of fish oil supplementation for general health, so I decided to add it to my health regimen. I already researched Sports Research as a company and found them to be reputable, and I buy several products from them and have been pleased with the quality level. This fish oil also comes with a fair amount of EPA and DHA compared to many competitor offerings.
The packaging is nice, and the pills are reasonably sized and easy to swallow. It's odorless, and doesn't give any type of burping side effects (I had read that's a thing?) It says to take 1 a day, but based on the research papers that I looked through, most of the studies showed benefits with higher doses, so I take 2 pills a day. This provides an easy way to intake a level of fish oil that would be quite difficult to get naturally, and I've been happy with the purchase overall.

We started getting this brand a year or two ago and I remember noticing the lack of the pill lingering after swallowing. Several others had a weird post-taste. We then decided to try the local Walgreens versions (like Nature Made) for a few months and after learning more about the intended use/ingredient differences for the supplement, we realized this was way superior quality and switched back. It's forever on my subscripton list once again.
Nice fish oil suplemnt, with bottle had more.

This product is pretty good, my eyes usually stop being red and dry when I take good fish supplements. This one is definitely good product. I just wish the botte had more pills for this price. Will order more soon.

These mini-gels are perfect if you struggle with swallowing huge pills. I've never been great at swallowing big pills and have had to throw away so many bottles. I'll buy these over and over again for that purpose. I only just started these recently so it's a little early to determine how effective they are, but I trust this brand and will wait patiently.
