This cooler is amazing! I used it for boating and long road trips... Couldn't be happier. Need to air it out for a couple of days when it arrives, has an odor to it but it goes away and doesn't return. I like it better than pelican and yeti and it costs much less.

Excellent quality. I own both a yeti and Rtic. Same quality. I actually prefer this Rtic to the yeti bag style. Excellent ice retention in the Florida heat while sitting on the beach. Would def recommend and would buy again. Nice that Rtic adds a zipper lube with the purchase, too.

Great cooler and would give 5 stars except smaller than expected. I don't really see how 20 drinks plus ice will fit and I wish there was a larger outside pocket but it works well for the beach and tennis courts and for way less than a Yeti.

Received this today. Nice thick walls and lid. Very good directions on usage (e.g. types of ice to use, how to pack, keep filled, place on a towel on hot ground etc.). Mine came with a sticker and tube of zipper lube with directions. Quality looks and feels solid. Will post updates after some usage.

Mine was defective The seam at the top of the lid had about an inch where it looked like it never got glued. So, with a hole in the top, hard to say how well it keeps stuff cold. Zipper is a pain to open and close. Returned it and bought an RTIC 20 hard cooler.
