Comfortable, odd size, bit tight

I'm 5' 1", and 164lb, for reference. I bought this in the large and the extra large. The large was a bit small all the way around, and the top rolled down just a smidge. The extra large fit comfortably but was a bit gappy in the tummy. I don't normally upload pictures of myself, but the reviews that help me best are the ones with pictures and measurements. I did not like how it cut my rear end in half. But it's very soft and comfortable otherwise. The pictures of the fully tan, is the large, and I do feel like it sucked in my tummy better than the one with the lace. Probably because it's a seem running through the middle of the lace one. The picture with the lace on the bottom is the extra large. I hope this helps someone.

I've been wearing these almost every day for a few years. They're great because they tame your tummy but have a wide enough compression area that there is little to no muffin top. I prefer the boy shorts of the same brand but these are good too. The bike short type are great for under dresses.

Definitely contours, snug, removed about an inch. Will need to wear with clothing that has a waistband so as to prevent rolling of top edge...on me, came to just below waist. Bottom half looks nice and doesn't ride up. If I get again, I will size up.
