I can't even express how pleased I am with this duvet cover (and sham set)!
I have been shopping around for a long time, trying to find a light, simple comforter for the bedroom nook in my tiny house. Having a small space makes it easy to feel cluttered and over stimulated with all the stuff in view. I wanted to find a simple blanket, without a print, that still maintained elegance and visual interest.
I have been drooling over a particular comforter for over a year from Anthropologie, but have found it hard to justify spending almost 400$ for the blanket and shams!......
Then I found this duvet cover. Yahoo!
I love that the color is nice and rich... not pure white at all. It is the same color as the pillowcases I made from unbleached cotton muslin. I like the idea of minimally processed bedding.
The shams match perfectly, and both are just the right amount of softness.
I also love the zipper closure as opposed to buttons, which is just on the backside of the bottom.

Love love love ! Perfect and just what I expected but better! Now, if you're like me and didn't know the difference of a duvet and comforter before this is basically like a sheet for your comforter. I bought an actual comforter from IKEA and filled this duvet with that. It's very simple to do and looks great. It's also very light weight especially for the summer depending on what kind of material you stuff it with mine is very lite and cooling. I would definitely buy this if I were you and it looks great too. It is totally worth it but my biggest problem is the softness of it. If you are looking for a very soft and heat trapping comforter I suggest look elsewhere but this totally fitting for an aesthetic room.
